You will work closely with the Marketing Communications team in the development of content for digital properties, marketing campaigns, product launches, product sustainment, marketing communications, and other projects as needed.  You will manage the marketing intake process and track progress of marketing assets and projects, ensuring deadlines are met. You will serve as a key member of the marketing team and work in close alignment with business partners on marketing projects, event planning, and other projects as required.

The ideal candidate is a high energy, resourceful, flexible type of worker that can execute the tactical plans to help achieve department goals.

What does it take to be a successful Channel Marketing Specialist at Victory Innovations?

• Bachelor’s degree in writing or business preferred
• 1 year of relevant B2B or B2C marketing work
• 1 year event planning and/or project management experience preferred
• Experience with product launch and marketing campaigns is preferred
• Proactive self-starter that takes initiative with ability to work independently
• Must be personable with excellent writing, communication and listening skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with follow up skills
• Strong sense of personal accountability, responsibility, and ownership
• Capable of working efficiently and savvy with technology
• Agile and highly flexible to support an entrepreneurial, demanding industry
