You will be a hands-on, key contributor in building our channel marketing program, working closely with the Demand Generation Manager in the development, planning and execution of our channel marketing strategy.  You will serve as a key member of the marketing team and work in close alignment with business partners and outside agencies to manage channel marketing execution and the development of vertical marketing programs.

The ideal candidate is a high energy, resourceful, flexible type of worker that can see the strategic marketing direction and execute the tactical plans to help achieve department goals.

What does it take to be a successful Channel Marketing Specialist at Victory Innovations?

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization required
  • Experience with marketing automation systems and CRM software is a must (Marketo and Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience building and executing on channel marketing strategies that meet KPIs
  • Experience with vertical marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) execution is preferred
  • Experience in building demand generation campaigns in a distributor based selling organization
  • Proactive self-starter that takes initiative with ability to work independently
  • Must be personable with excellent presentation, communication and listening skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with follow up skills
  • Strong sense of personal accountability, responsibility, and ownership
  • Capable of working efficiently and savvy with technology
  • Agile and highly flexible to support a entrepreneurial, demanding industry
